Using method:
1.Apply base coat-curing
2.Shake well the blooming ink
2.Apply metallic blooming ink,air dry
3.After the metallic blooming gel drying, apply Rubber Top or Shine Chrome top coat-curing
4.If you need to do matte effect,apply matte top coat after step 3-curing
It can not apply matte top coat directly,if we do that,the matte effect will be lost in a short time.
NOTE: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE (about 15 sec)
