Donuts Nails is not responsible for any USPS delays. We have been running into delays specially in Puerto Rico. These delays can be take up to 1 month.

Our orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours on business days.
If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered and it wasn't, the first step is to go to the nearest post office as soon as possible and check what happened. In most cases, the package is recovered and delivered successfully.
